What happens to what you write

• There are no accounts here. Your conversation lives in this browser tab only, and Fresh Start clears it.
• Your messages are sent to an AI provider to generate replies, and are not used to train models.
• We don't sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers in this app.
• We don't claim encryption, export or deletion tooling, because none of that is built here yet. If it gets built, this page will say so plainly.

Voice and camera

• Voice input uses your browser's own speech recognition, and only runs while you have it switched on.
• Your camera is optional, off by default, and only ever shown back to you — the video is never sent anywhere.

Anonymous usage counts

To improve Grow Through we count which pages and features are used — for example a page visit, a chosen support mode, a check-in feeling, or an opened topic — along with device type, language and a random browser ID. We never record what you write, say, draw or record, and the counts aren't linked to your name.
